Bitcoin Price Outlook – Bitcoin Continues to Consolidate

The Bitcoin market initially pulled back just a bit during the early hours on Friday but then turned around to show signs of life. All things being equal, this is a market that I think continues to see a lot of noisy trading, but with that being said, I also think that eventually market participants are trying to get toward the $110,000 level.

The $110,000 level of course has been like a brick wall, but eventually that ceiling gets broke. I still think short-term pullbacks, and there probably will still be several of them, offer support and buying opportunities near the 50-day EMA, which coincides nicely with the $100,000 level. Crypto is in an uptrend, and of course Bitcoin leads that charge, but we’re also in a big area of digestion and I think that’s something that you need to understand, that markets can’t go straight up in the air forever. And therefore, this makes a lot of sense and it’s actually healthy. The last thing you want to see is a market get too parabolic.

We had seen a lot of this for a huge chunk of 2024 and that might be part of the story here for several months in 2025. Most traders I know, including myself, are accumulating more and more on each dip anticipating that breakout. Ultimately, this is very likely to be an area where the accumulation finally gives away to upward momentum, but we just need some type of fundamental reason for traders to get excited at this point.
