CRM’s customer relationship management platform organizes sales data, tracks leads, forecasts opportunities, and applies AI-driven insights to organizational data. The platform also supports automated quotes, contracts, invoices, and personalized support. Recently, the company announced the ability to build, deploy, and monitor business-specific AI agents with its Agentforce Testing Center.

In its third-quarter earnings report for fiscal 2025, CRM’s total revenue increased 8.3% year-over-year to $9.4 billion. The company’s per-share earnings was $2.41 and expects full-year EPS of up to $6.20. Also, CRM’s operating margin hit 20% for the first time in company history, with executives citing a bigger top line and well-managed expenses as reasons why.

It’s no wonder CRM shares are up 34% this year – and they could rise more. MAPsignals data shows how a rare bullish signal reflects Big Money investors are betting heavily on the forward picture of the stock.
