The B2Core team has increased the number of channels from which users may choose to get alerts by adding Telegram. To start receiving notifications through Telegram, users must connect their B2Core Back Office account with their Telegram chat ID profile. To do this, open your admin’s card, click “System — Users — Edit user,” and follow the instructions. Then, go to “System — Templates — Telegram” to configure the desired template. Finally, add the Telegram channel to the notifications in the Event Notifications section.

Event Notification Module

B2Core Back Office now has the new Event Notification module. This feature enables admin users to configure and customize various notifications for events such as withdrawal requests or successful registrations. After an event is triggered, the admin user will receive a message prompting them to take the necessary action. The Event Notification section of this update consists of 27 unique options, providing administrators with extensive flexibility to personalize notifications according to their needs. Users can expand the scope of admins getting alerts by adding users to the “Users” category.

An Event Notification module offers admins a range of channels to choose from, such as email, SMS, Slack, and Telegram. Setting up the desired parameters for the channel is easy in the “System-Templates” section, with notifications quickly accessible within each user card — providing an efficient way to stay informed of important events.

Detailed cTrader Data

B2Core has updated its cTrader account interface to provide users with a more detailed trading experience. With this new update, traders can track their Equity, Balance, Leverage, Credit, and Free funds indicators in real-time as well as visualize their historical equity trends over different time frames. Furthermore, they are given access to current data on orders and open positions, historical data regarding executed trades, and other pertinent information, all within the same platform. This simplifies the process of keeping abreast of market conditions for traders.

Bulk Deposits to Client Accounts

This new feature is designed to simplify depositing funds into multiple accounts. In the “Accounts” section, users can now access the “Update Balances” window, which allows them to upload a CSV file that includes the desired Email, ID, and precise amount they want to add. This feature streamlines the entire process of depositing funds for multiple users into one simple step.
