The annual core inflation rate in the Euro Area, which excludes prices for energy, food, alcohol and tobacco was confirmed at 2.7% in November 2024, the lowest in five months, unchanged from October and September. On a monthly basis, core consumer prices fell by 0.6% in November, in line with the preliminary estimate, following a 0.2% rise in the prior month.
