The unemployment rate in Colombia fell to 10.3% in February 2025, down from 11.7% in the same month last year, although rebounding further from the lowest level since late 2015 of 8.2% in November 2024. The employed population increased by 977,000 reaching 23.469 million year-on-year. The labor force participation rate decreased to 64.7% from 63.8% a year earlier, while the employment rate rose to 58.0% from 56.4%.
