Prices slowed down mostly for clothing & footwear (8.6% vs 9.7% in December); food & non-alcoholic beverages (7.1% vs 7.2%) and recreation & culture (6.9% vs 7.3%). On a monthly basis, consumer prices rose by 0.4%, following a 0.2% increase in the previous month.
