Upward pressure stemmed primarily from prices of food (1.34% vs 0.39% in September); personal care (0.87% vs 0.27%); housing (0.82% vs 0.05%), health (0.60% vs 0.75%) and clothing (0.47% vs 0.29%). Additionally, prices rebounded slightly for transportation (0.22% vs -0.24%).
