Zambia GDP Annual Growth Rate

The economy of Zambia grew 8% year-on-year in the last three months of 2023, faster than 5.1% in the third quarter and 4.6% in the same quarter of 2022. Considering full 2023, the economy grew 5.8%, higher than 5.2% in 2022, with information and communication industry making the largest upward contribution of 2.7%. The agriculture, forestry, and fishing industries, however, had a negative impact, falling 0.6%.
